Easyrig Vario 5 - Cinema Flex Vest

The Easyrig Cinema Flex Vest is especially designed and reinforced for female camera operators. This rig is extremely useful, possibly essential, when using a gimbal. It allows you to operate for long periods of time without needing to put the rig down. The Easyrig transfers the weight of the camera/gimbal from your shoulders and back, down to your hips.

The vest can be equipped with our Flowcine Serene with extended Vario 5 Arm which stops the vertical bounce you get from using the Easyrig on its own. This allows you to run or walk with the rig without bouncing the rig up and down

Easyrig Cinema Flex Vest Made specially for female camera-operators

The Cinema Flex Vest is built on a Cinema 3 vest. The upper part over the breast is reinforced to better fit a female camera operator. The upper part is adjustable with velcro over the shoulder and under the arm there is a 40mm band adjustable for the perfect fit.

The Easyrig Vario 5 has an adjustable weight range from 5-17kg (11-38 lbs). By turning the adjustment screw located on the back, you can easily change the tension / power of the line.

The Serene is a patent pending two axis spring arm that attaches at the end of the Easyrig (2/2.5/3 or Vario5) arm. It stabilises vibrations and motion errors on the vertical axis that comes from walking or running with the rig. It also stabilises side to side errors in the same scenarios by counter pivoting around it’s center axis. At the same time you have full use of the Easyrig cord extension that will allow you to go from high to low mode while at the same time the Serene will take care of the vertical and side to side stabilisation adding two more stabilised axis to your existing system.

The Serene can take camera setups between 6-19.5 kg, and you can easily fine tune the spring tension without tool. It works really well for other gimbal rigs like the ACR (BeSteady) gimbals, Freefly MoVI, DJI Ronin, Letus Helix and most other leading gimbal rigs.
